I have garnered over ten (10) years of experience in business development, customer service and management. Started my career in the Aviation Industry as a front-office customer service person; this equipped me with sound customer service knowledge. It helps me to manage and maintain strong relationship with colleagues, superiors and customers. My experience afterward includes, B2B Telecommunication service sales, business development for a Real Estate firm and presently managing a team of business developer within the Education Industry.
Concurrently, I facilitate trainings in customer service, sales, information management and many more.
