I work hand-in-hand with Product and Technology teams, within an Agile framework. I’m a Lean advocate, using techniques like Kanban to ensure we release products that customers love.
I like to take an active role and get “stuck in” where possible; I believe setting strategy is only one part of the job – the rest is getting involved and helping put that strategy in motion at ground level.
