I help companies to fix asset related problems via desktop strategy creation, analysis, and training for asset intensive companies around the globe.
I focus on RCM and Strategy Optimisation, RAM Modelling, developing Asset Management Plans and Critical Spares Identification, as well as occasional Root Cause Analysis.
With an international track record of achievement, this includes clients from the USA, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and throughout Australia.
I work with selected clients and no more than three at a time. In my spare time I am developing a couple of new software systems, I publish books related to Asset Management and Consulting, and developing online courses.
