As District Governor for District 7 Toastmasters, my task was to keep the District thriving by encouraging and coaching my team of governors to continue working towards their own successes. Their successes were based on how well they coached and mentored the members to achieve their own goals. We are a family, a community, a tribe. Together we are awesome.
