I am a programmer at heart and love to play with new technologies.I am responsible for Agile Initiatives within the organization. Training teams on Agile , getting them on board and also building a product "Drutas" which solves the Agile Product Development Challenges.
Responsible for brainstorming on features , drive the sales & marketing efforts , product development , resource management , sprint planning and execution.
Also leading a critical program for a client which works Agile , based on Cloud and responsibilities includes understanding the pain areas , providing solution , planning on features brainstorming , technical assistance to the team , milestone tracking and execution.
