Dr. Charalambos Vrasidas is co-founder and Executive Director of CARDET – Centre for the Advancement of Research & Development in Educational Technology (http://www.cardet.org), a non-profit research and development centre based in Cyprus with partners around the world. He is also Associate Professor of Learning Technologies and Innovation at the University of Nicosia and Associate Dean for e-learning.
