After graduation in political science at the University of Turin in Italy, I joined STAMPAL SpA in May 1999 as Quality Manager Assistant.
In October 2001 I joined CEM Spa - KAERCHER Group as Quality Manager, where I dealt till today with several projects related to Quality aspects and R&D aspects (QM system introduction / Kaercher Production System / Product Engineering Process).
Since January 2006 I became Project Leader too, for different new innovative cleaning units, from construction to production start and market introduction.
