Take an idea, do research on the landscape, draft GTM plans, do proof-of-concepts, pilot it with customers and continuously iterate based on the feedback. Pivot it quickly if needed. Draft business model canvas, work with stakeholders for scale and finally handover to delivery. This is my expertise.
