Even before I knew that there exists a discipline called engineering, in my sophomore year I read an article on 鈥淓ngineering has more impact on the world than any other profession.鈥� which aroused my interest in engineering. This interest developed further during my industrial training program as I witnessed on more than one occasion the lack of appreciation for each other鈥檚 challenges between the technical & non-technical personnel even though both had common organizational targets.
