Paula has 20+ years of operations management experience in the airline, technology and telecommunications industries.
She has been working as a successful consultant and coach for almost 10 years. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), a Masters in Business Studies (Human Resource Management) as well as a Diploma in Executive Coaching.
Paula is qualified in the use of the BarOn Emotional Intelligence Inventory and is actively involved in the MBA Association’s Eastern Chapter committee.
