I lead Matchpoint Careers, an online recruitment service that matches people and jobs, with science. Most recruitment approaches rely on job posts and resumes but we know these are inaccurate and, worse, do not focus on the factors known to predict performance on the job. By matching on those job performance predictors, the right people and the right jobs are matched and recruitment becomes hugely more successful.
I have led five P&L's - multinational organizations, modest sized companies and start-ups. I have lived and worked in seven countries. I have written 13 chapters in books and 22 magazine and journal articles.
