This philosophy is expressed through Paul's work: he's a UX Manager at the renowned agency Rightpoint, and the co-host of the podcast Designing Yourself. His work ranges from growing and leading UX teams in times of change, to developing cross-channel product strategy efforts and conducting internal workshops. He has worked with the bright people at companies including UnitedHealthcare, Orbitz, Gogo, and many other Fortune 500 clients as well. So far, it's been a blast.
