For over 25years I鈥檝e been running projects and in recent years providing leadership training and consultancy services to a range of government, NFP鈥檚 and private sector companies. I pride myself on providing meaningful assistance to strengthen the confidence and skills of managers I support, through a toolkit of strategies that are practical and easily transferable into each person鈥檚 workplace. I've a keen interest in both applied and theoretical approaches to leadership.
