Paul Whatley founded Dane Allen Properties to pursue his interests in real estate. Through the company Paul collaborates with contractors and subcontractors who essentially gut high-potential homes and rebuild them, resulting in more marketable and appealing properties throughout the Charleston area. He is proud to assist in transforming homes, something which has interested him ever since he bought his first foreclosed property the year that he graduated from college. Charleston, South Carolina is one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States in terms of business and Paul Whatley is passionate about reimagining local properties and bringing his ideas to life via his projects.
