For more than 12 years I've been doing what drives me at most, i.e. building and tuning corporate cultures and communications, both internal and external, in enterprises of various industries: energy, consulting, retail, and even military aircraft construction.
But no matter what industry I was in, or whatever the headcount or management style or any other features, the key goals of communications were left unshakeable: to build and maintain strong win-win relationships with all key audiences based on mutual trust, respect and benefit.
