The Bermuda Department of Tourism's second quarter review found that while air arrivals were flat in April-June, total visitor arrivals decreased 12% and cruise visitors decreased 17% compared to the previous year. The biggest declines were seen in yacht arrivals and visitors from Europe, while visitors from the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom saw small increases. Business travel and visiting friends/relatives increased while vacation travel decreased.
