Vasconcellos has served as a Board member for 13 years. He is currently a Board member of four family-owned Brazilian companies. Vasconcellos is a lead-trainer of IBGC, the Brazilian Corporate Governance Institute. Additionally, Vasconcellos runs ProxyCon, a Corporate Governance consulting firm.
