An ordained minister with the United Church of Christ, Patrick Duggan is the Executive Director of the UCC Church Building & Loan Fund, and Pastor of the Congregational Church of South Hempstead UCC.
As the former Nassau County Deputy County Executive for Economic Development, Duggan led a $130 million agency of over 140 employees where he brought new development to the County's poorest communities, financed over 2000 units of affordable housing, and facilitated the investment of over $1.1 billion in economic development financing, creating 5700 jobs.
