I did my studies in Le cordon Blue Peru in Lima, I learn a lot of different skill, did one year and half of pastry as well so I know how to do a bit of everything in the kitchen. I love to cook is my most favorite thing in the world.
When i finish my studies in Peru i came to Australia and since then i have been here working as a chef. at the moment I am working in a Asia Restaurant call Asia Joes in the Beautiful town of Byron Bay.
