Fernando Zeballos is Psychologist, postgraduate degree with specialization in Human Resources Management.
He is researcher and professor in the "Universidad Católica del Uruguay" in "Knowledge Management" and "Competency Based Human Resources Management" subjects.
He held the position of HR manager, consultant and advisor, in public and private sectors of Uruguay and International agencies.
Now he is Doctor Candidate (ABD) in Economy at the Deusto University (Basque Country - Spain).
