Technical assistance to ministries of health in building and strengthening health systems capable of steadily improving performance and integrating cost effective interventions. Has managed several complex USAID funded technical assistance programs, ensured their full alignment, integration and incorporation within national policy and implementation frameworks and secured their role in follow on projects.
