I have been handling Labor Relations, General Services and Safety & Health Services. Labor Relations serves as the "trouble-shooter" for HR-related problems. This includes grievance handling, disciplinary procedure observance, compliance with Government-mandated benefits, and even review of HR-related contrats. General Services handles the Janitors, Expat Drivers, Shuttle Service, Consummables, Expat Affairs. Expat Affairs is in-charge of Condo/Hotel Accommodations, car and driver allocation, VISA and Employment Permits.
