Since 2009, I have been developing and implementing Portfolio Based Language Assessment (PBLA) for Citizenship and Immigration Canada. I have worked in Adult ESL for over 30 years and recently retired as the Coordinator of Adult EAL Curriculum Development and Implementation for the Province of Manitoba.
