I firmly believe the success of every manager is to have an excellent team. It’s not my job to understand each and every single technology people work with every day to be successful in what they do. It’s my job to bring people together and make them work as a team.
Challenging people, make people responsible and give them the credits they deserve. Making them part of issues the company is facing, experience what the end-user or client faces every day and come up with a solution.
