I'm a Research Associate at the Université catholique de Louvain. My field is cognitive semiotics of ICT. I study how the techno-semiotic properties of multimedia interactive environments affect their usage activity and influence the way their users construct knowledge regarding the contents they present. The role the models of the system built by the user play in this influence process is one of the things I am peculiarly interested in.
