Experienced Telco worker, starting off as a helpdesk officer, IT development, and Product Development/Management, and now, as Product, Project and Partner Management in Ceres Telecom, part of Virgin Mobile MEA.
My main responsibility as product and project management in Ceres Telecom is to ensure the roll out of the new project/product is as per expected, that is including defining the schedule, defining the requirement, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure there is no invisible constraints.
Crafting out the business requirement is what interest me the most since that is the most dynamic aspect in this job, so we are expected to be dynamic as well.
