I am an interim Board Level Director, OD Consultant and Executive, and Team Coach with a background in Corporate Services, Customer Services, Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Development (OD) with 25 years鈥� experience of leading, managing and developing operational services. Having managed teams of 350 and budgets of more than 拢10m, I am also a former President of the PPMA. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and a Member of the Association for Coaching.
