Some people create with words, or with music, or with a brush and paints. I like to make something beautiful when I run. I like to make people stop and say, "I've never seen anyone run like that before." It's more then just a race, it's a style. It's doing something better then anyone else. It's being creative."
I'm early to bed and early to rise and my philosophy to life is focus intensity effort and finish. Running is not when ur trying to lose weight or tune out the world or to impress someone with you new muscles or whatever it is ment to just enjoy the moment and let go of any thing else. My football coach taught me everything important in life and I have traveled everywhere.
