A young person determined to pursue a career, based upon learning the business from the grass roots but also appreciating every level of the company. I enjoy approaching challenges with enthusiasm and creativity. I believe that working hard is the path to success but also devolvement of existing skills and learning new skills creates new opportunity. During my time of completing my Duke of Edinburgh awards and the NCS programme, I developed my team working skills and learnt the importance of teamwork to achieve a common goal/target.
