My expertise and experience is a combinaison of operational organization leadership, management of development projects and HR/HRD practices - from ICT field (technical communications, after sales, IT) as well as from manufacturing. At at the moment, I'm focusing on development projects around HR, IT and resourcing - operational efficiency in general. Also, I'm tutoring HR students for recruitment and induction in Markkinointi-Instituutti.
I'm motivated by opportunities to create structure in confusion and to drive things forward. I'm passionate about creating clever ways of working and added operational excellence, and coaching.
