B4 Investimenti raised, through its subsidiary B4 Holding S.p.A., a total commitment of around Euro 30 mln (in two rounds of fund-raising), undertaken by over 40 Italian and foreign private investors.
The investment strategy aims at supporting entrepreneurs and management teams in implementing challenging development plans, ideally based on internationalisation and M&A integration.
