Lean Coach for services
After leading a lean transformation within the Consulting and System Integration business unit at Nokia Siemens Networks over West and South Europe I joined Operae Partners which is a reference in lean for services and IT.
I am particularly interested in lean as a management system and as such by the development of people through problem solving. I strongly believe that involving people in the functionning of the enterprise through principles developed by Toyota over the last decades can bring lot of value for our customers and therefore may contribute to the growth of our business.
