About
After successfully leading one of Minnesota’s top interior design and remodeling firms for 25 years Pam took an inventory of how to bring the world to a place where the practices she had developed for families could be applied to businesses and teams. She acquired her Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, studied with people who were leading teams from all over the world using Art of Participatory Leadership, acquired certifications in several leadership development practices and took a deep dive into teaching at the University of Minnesota.
