About
Paulo Matos Martins is a Senior Civil Engineer, Specialist in Transports by the Portuguese Association of Engineers and Adjunct Professor at ISEL. He graduated in Civil Engineering (5 years) as a structural engineer at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), University of Lisbon, in 1991. In 2001 he obtained the Master Degree in Transports (2 years), also at IST. He is currently a PhD candidate at IST and is writing his dissertation on the subject of efficient integrated land use and transport modelling.
