I am a physical education teacher at a secondary school. I also work as a personal trainer (since 1996) and fitness speaker/lecturer. I worked at all levels of teaching, from primary to superior in more than ten different organizations. Diego Sacco, Solinca Health and Fitness Clubs, CEFAD, Promofitness, are the main companies I worked with in the fitness industry. I hold a PhD in Sports Psychology from the University of Vigo, Spain, and a MSc in Sports Management from University of Porto, Portugal. My main interests are sports psychology, coaching, exercise adherence, fitness management and strength training. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese and I spend some time building websites...
