I'm responsible for IT Management and Digital Services in Valcon. I have experience in development of strategies for IT and digital development, business strategy and business transformation. I'm equally at home at the executive and board level.
I often act as sparring partner to executives, steering groups and project teams. I keep focus on business-critical discussions, taking place in robust and sustainable structures for management groups, steering groups, working groups, etc.
