Currently Paolo is responsable to develop the italian market.
In Ayesa Paolo has lead the Enterprise Application practice in Ayesa and he is project director in the SAP IS-U implementation in Ecuador and El Salvador.
Paolo develops different tasks related to the project management (program director and project manager, risk/issue assessment, audit, controlling manager, PMO leader) in the ERP installation (JDEdwards and SAP R/3), EDMS and billing system (IS-U) and Enterprise Asset Management implementation.
