This is an account for publishing the newspaper "The PNI Times" made by the students of the computer class organized by the Charity Orginisation Perspectivy in the Psychoneurological House for Disabled 3 in Peterhoff, Saint Petersburg, Russia. Students of the class are people with special needs.
