My decision to become a therapist came about after witnessing people struggling with mental health issues but avoiding therapy due to lack of awareness and stigma attached with mental illnesses. The desire to help people change their outlook towards therapy grew stronger with time and my own life experiences and realization about importance and effectiveness of professional psychological counselling. I wish to use my skills and knowledge to create awareness and inculcate acceptance of professional intervention in people struggling with psychological disorders like Anxiety, Depression, Panic attacks, Relationship issues and Grief.
