1. To work with the team in feasibility study for formulating best feasible solutions to the requirements, end to end configuration.
2. Presenting POC (Proof of Concept) of the requirements to the Business teams for sign off.
3. Support the implementation of all system upgrades and enhancements
4. Provide support for users of the Taleo Learn application, BI Report issues etc
5. Re-engineer the taleo Learn system with using all features to end user
6. Serve as a point of escalation for the centralized support teams and resolve system issues
7. Support continuous process improvement leveraging enhanced systems
8. Manage day-to-day Administrator functionality...
