In my 19 years of progressive experience, I have attained hands on techno-managerial exposure in India & Nigeria with leading Steel Plants in the field of Operations & Quality Management Systems with proven success in heading SBUs, total quality management, product development, and process improvement.
Throughout my career, I have been a strong contributor with significant results in increasing production, yield & productivity, reducing rejection, conversion cost and breakdown by root cause analysis & CAPA, minimizing customer complaints & improving customer’s satisfaction Index; also played a key role in product certification, customers development and manpower training & development.
