Bangun jam 4 pagi,lalu sholat . . stelah itu persiapan Aerobik pagi . .Kadang2 MANTUL juga seh . .trus jam 6 mandi . . lalu berangkat lah saya dengan praja yang lain ke MENZA(GEDUNG NUSANTARA),makan pagi selalu bareng2. . yang enak itu tanggal 4,14,24 . .hahaha,,,jam 7 slesai makan pagi . .persiapan apel . . apakah apel wisma?,apel satuan?,atau apel gabungan . .dan disini saya ada apel khusu
