Prakash Chandra Bihari has been a a professional mechanical engineer and served Indian Railway for 42 years. He also did 3 years Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from coveted Institute of Productivity & Management Lucknow.
Mr. Bihari is one of the Executive Directors of World Council for Total Quality & Excellence in Education (WCTQEE) with its headquarters in Singapore. He is full time Director International Human Excellence Center in world's largest CMS School CMS Lucknow India. and Hon. Director TNV Certification Ltd and Executive Council Member of Quality Circle Forum of India.
