Wilber is a specialist in Youths participation , Youth Led Programmes, Research and advocacy. Wilber has extensive experience in Evidence and Rights based SRHR Interventions for youths and has trained over 15 CSOS in the same. He is now very much interested in Youths livelihoods in Uganda and currently supports a USAID , IYF project on employability skills
