Currently working as a Research Economist at Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka. I have more than 12 years of experience in conducting policy related economic research. My research interests are on labour, education, health and social protection and inequity analysis. I have worked with well reputed development partners, including the World Bank, UNDP, ADB, ODI and various government ministries. Many of my recent research has been published in peer reviewed national and international journals and book chapters.
