I am the HR Business Partner for a new project. I am accountable for setting up the project HR & admin from scratch including but not limited to organisation structuring, banding, compensation structuring, culture definition, talent acquisition, compliances, policies, processes & systems, and transitioning the project team. I am also responsible for internal communication, branding, and vendor evaluation, selection & management. The biggest requirement of my role is to have an entrepreneurial streak. With the passage of time, I am honing this skill.
