The Chief Legal Counsel reports directly to the President of the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority (SPPA). He advises the SPPA on the application and interpretation of EU and domestic rules on public procurement and concessions as well as on other legal issues related to the operation and the functions of the Authority. The Legal Counsel is also responsible for co-coordinating working groups and experts鈥� teams established by the SPPA for the implementation of specific projects in the area of public procurement and concessions. Furthermore he represents the SPPA before courts and other administrative bodies and institutions, in Greece and abroad.
