Matriculated in 1963 from St John's Diocesan Boys High School,Yangon.
Studied at Institute of Medicine II,Yangon and Graduated in 1970.
Appointed as a Clinical Tutor in Dept of Surgery, Institute of Medicine II,Yangon in 1971.
Obtained MMedSc(Surgery) with Credit in 1978.
Became a Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh 1981
Also a Fellow of The International l College of Surgeons ( FICS)
Member of the Panel of Examiners RCS Edinburgh since 1996.
Currently Professor and Head, The Dept of Surgery,Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences , University Malaysia Sarawak ( UNIMAS),Kuching.
