Kristie Velasco is an Assistant Dean for SUNY, an accomplished professor and consultant in the business of media and entertainment. Through her teaching and CACICA, her Entertainment/Media Management & Production consulting firm, her goal is to provide clients and students alike with the academic and business skills, management tools and substantive expertise necessary to further their education, secure better jobs, be at the forefront of emerging media trends, to navigate changes in the industry and to provide leadership to successfully take these companies into the future, while never losing sight of our own responsibility to the larger society and the ever changing media environment.
