Ignite Corvallis is an event where local innovators give fast-paced 5-minute presentations without slides or questions. Speakers will discuss reaching overseas markets, natural building and housing, coding style, how not to kill a side project, participating in open source projects, social media for B2B, business models, getting out of survival mode, and using social media to share tastes. The event includes a panel on open innovation and keynote speaker Peter Adkison and takes place from 1-3:45pm followed by an expo until 8pm.
